To mark the fourth anniversary of Project Zoo, Frontier Developments has released a free update for the game.
Update 1.15.2 for Project Zoo brings with it the Collared Peccary. Featuring a barrel-like body and short snout, this herbivore and forage with the forage box and can roll about in mud. Note that the Collared Peccary is also very social; they can be found in herds of five to 15 at a time.
Four animal balloons – the Orangutan, Black & White Ruffed Lemur, the Red Deer and the Collared Peccary – will also make an appearance as part of this update.
The development team will also host a 24 hour Community Challenge from November 3-6. This special event will give players a boosted animal that has an 80%+ in any gene, in return for every five animals you release (with a 1 in 50 chance of having Piebald or Albino coloring). One can also get themselves a complete Avatar outfit for every 20 animals released.
This celebration also extends to the Planet Zoo retail store – fans can get themselves hoodies, mouse pads, sweatshirts, and more at discounted rates up to 25% off.
Catch up on the complete list of festivities on the official Project Zoo website page, updated today.
