Revealed during the WeGame Event, the latest trailer for Game Science’s Black Myth: Wukong serves as a showcase for this title’s visuals, cutscenes, and gameplay.
Based on the Chinese novel Journey to the West, Black Myth: Wukong has players controlling a monkey based on the Destined One Sun Wukong as they take down different enemies.
Not only can Sun Wukong wield different spells, abilities, weapons, and equipment to take down foes, they also possess the ability to transform.
To add to its authenticity, the team has been authorized by China Central Television to use the 1986 TV series Journey to the West for Black Myth: Wukong.

Black Myth: Wukong is set to release on August 20 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. In the case of the latter, all those interested can wishlist the game on Steam.
