First-Person Underwater Welding Sim Weldiver Announced

Players will be able to take a journey into the ocean’s depths with SOGA Studio’s first-person welding sim Weldiver.

Weldiver will send players off on a journey as an underwater welder in the ocean’s depths. From there, players will undertake the challenging work of maintaining offshore structures, performing emergency repairs, and replacing seabed infrastructure like optical cables, pipelines, and power lines.

Said underwater welders will confront numerous hazards; every meter they descend increases risk due to crushing pressure, near-freezing temperatures, and toxic gases.
