KRAFTON Unveils Co-Playable Character Built with NVIDIA ACE at CES 2025

Unveiled at CES 2025 in Las Vegas earlier this week, KRAFTON is collaborating with NVIDIA on an agentic framework.

This collaboration will set out to merge KRAFTON’s exceptional game development expertise with cutting-edge AI technology from NVIDIA. 

A CPC is an AI companion, one that possesses the ability to interact with gamers. Enabled by an on-device SLM (Small Language Model) for gaming, these are built with NVIDIA ACE technology. 

CPCs are different from NPCs, in that they possess the ability to interact and cooperate with users, understanding and responding to game situations in a human-like manner.

KRAFTON stated it will expand the use of CPC technology across its gaming portfolio as part of its upcoming plans to transform the user experience.

These include the PUBG IP Franchise and inZOI.
