Sketches act like blueprints that allow Henry to use his Blacksmithing ability to create new and powerful weapons and armor. In this Sketches guide, we tell you where to discover all of the different recipes we’ve found in the game.
Brunswick’s Poleaxe
This Sketch is obtained by speaking with Scribe Gaibl in Troskowitz. He gives Henry a riddle and if you use the Blacksmith conversation response, he will give you this Sketch.
Common Longsword
This can be stolen from the Rathause in Troskowitz. It’s on the shelves, in the same room as Scribe Gaibl.
Trosky Blacksmith Sketches
You can purchase a bunch of Sketches from the Blacksmith in Tachov. These include Bearded Axe, Common Longsword, Farmer’s Horseshoes, Hunting Sword, Military Sword, and Work Axe. Note: You get Work Axe, Farmer’s Horseshoes, and the Hunting Sword for free if you follow the Blacksmith’s quest line.
Carpenter’s Axe
You can purchase this from the Carpenter in Troskowitz
Basilard
You can find this sketch inside a chest at the end of the Cave in Apollonia. The chest is a Hard lock, but you can find a key near the chest, resting on a sack underneath a skull.
Kuttenberg Blacksmith Sketches
You can purchase sketches for Broad Axe, Broadsword, Horseman’s Pick, and Knight’s Horseshoes from the Blacksmith in most towns
Sigismund’s Camp Blacksmith
You can purchase Sketches for Broard Longsword, Cuman Fokos, Cuman Shaska, and Nobleman’s Horseshoes from the Blacksmith in Sigismund’s Camp.

Dueling Longsword
You can find this Sketch inside a locked hut at this location.
Knight’s Axe
