Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Choices Guides

Henry’s journey through Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is filled with choices and consequences, many of which can impact the story and change Henry’s relationships with other character.

In this choices guide, we highlight all the choices we encountered during the game and what happened. Many of the choices are dependent on specific stats and abilities. We’ve highlighted our stat (Shown in brackets) at each choice, so you will have a better understanding of what your Henry may be capable of.

Bonus Tip: Due to the Persuasion stats system in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, your Henry’s stats may not be able to complete certain dialogue options, depending on what character you are speaking with.

Why Should I Trust You (Story Quest)

This is the first choice you encounter in the story. The stats and chance of success for each category here depend on what play style you chose previously.

Soldier – 14/11/16
Envoy – 15/11/16
Scout – 14/11/16

Regardless of your choice, select the “Do we really look like bandits to you?” choice and you will gain trust with the soldier.

Who The Hell Are You And What Are You Doing Here (Story Quest)

This is at the Bozhena’s hut, when a group of men approaches while you’re at the meadow

We’re messengers
Henry falls for their ruse, and you must kill the men

You’re Looking In The Wrong Place (5)
Henry fails and both the men attack

Clear Off (11)
Henry threatens the men, they are intimidated and flee without combat

We Sent Them Away (5)
If Henry fails this choice, both men attack and they must be killed

Besides, if I do yield, it’s the rope for me anyway (The Jaunt Quest)

This choice is during the The Jaunt quest. I was unable to create any other outcome than combat

You leave me with no choice
You attack and kill the hand

You never know what might happen (6)
If you fail this choice, you will have to incapacitate the hand.

You’re no match for me (9)
If you fail this, you will have to incapacitate the hand.

Can’t you think of any other solution
If you choose this option, you can take a bribe and let the hand go free. If you deny the bribe, you can return to the other choices

Necessary Evil (Lord Von Bergow & Old Semine Choice)

This is a main story quests where Henry and Hans are given a difficult choice after torturing a prisoner. If you can extract the information from the prisoner, you have a choice of telling Lord Von Bergow of Old Semine’s betrayal.

Depending on what you choose, you will either be given a choice later or have that choice removed.

If You Tell Lord Bergow About Old Semine
At a confrontation in Old Semine, after this section of the quest, you will be able to choose to either side with Old Semine or Lord Bergow’s men. You only get the choice if you mix your responses between both parties at the confrontation.

If You Don’t Tell Lord Bergow About Old Semine
When the confrontation at Old Semine takes place, you will have no choice but to side with Old Semine and kill Lord Bergow’s men.

If You Choose To Side With Hashek
If you side with Hashek, he and his soldiers kill everyone. They kill Lord Semine and his soldiers and then proceed to kill anyone they find during their search for Olda. You do get an option to let Olda flee, but Hashek will raise the town and kill everyone in it.

When you return to Lord Bergow, you can inform him of Hashek’s escalation. He is outraged at Hashek, but no further punishment is given.

If You Choose To Side With Olda
You will have to kill Hashek and his men. You will then tell Olda and his father to flee as you torch Old Semine.

When you return to report to Lord Bergow, Han will tell the story and lie through most of it. If at any point you admit to killing Hashek, you will be sentenced to death (game over).

Later in the story, you will learn information that puts the Semine’s in a positive light. If you are looking for the “good guy” approach, you want to side with Olda.

We will continue to update this guide as we progress through the game.
