Announced during the State of Play segment earlier today, Lizardcube and SEGA are teaming up to release Shinobi: Art of Vegengeance later this year, on August 29.
As the legendary Shinobi Joe Musashi, Shinobi: Art of Vengeance will task players with mastering the ninja arts. On that note, this title lets players unleash limitless combos with unique combat moves, acquire Amulets for enhanced abilities, and discover Ningi tools to aid one in battle.
After players find their village burned to the ground and one’s clan turned to stone, Shinobi: Art of Vengeance will have then have players venturing forth on a quest for vengeance, ready to face an unspeakable evil and avenge one’s clan.
More than a dozen unique and visually striking stages will make their appearance in Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, from military bases to a scorching desert. Each stage in this title will also pay host to challenging platforming puzzles and hidden secrets.
