As part of PlayStation’s State of Play broadcast earlier today, the team at SEGA proudly showed off a new trailer for their upcoming racer Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.
Featuring iconic characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog and SEGA universes alike (think Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed, which we absolutely loved), Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds brings with it a distinct racing mechanic that will transport Sonic racing fans into a new dimension.
On that note, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is slated to bring back courses that include land, air, and sea terrain, along with Travel Rings feature that affects the race in real time by transporting racers to all new CrossWorlds mid-race.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds also prides itself on having the largest roster of characters in any Sonic racing game, along with a wide variety of customizable vehicles.
