Known for his roles as Kingdom Hearts’ Ansem, Street Fighter V’s Akuma, Ghost in the Shell’s Batou, and many others, the very talented Richard Epcar will be a Special Guest at this summer’s Fire & Ice RGX 2025 event.
Richard Epcar is a professional voice actor, voice director, and writer who has voiced more than 1,200 characters across animation, video games, and anime.

A collaboration between Rocklin, CA’s Fire and Ice Games and the Sac Gamers Expo, Fire & Ice RGX 2025 is set to feature a wealth of Special Guests consisting of voice actors, industry guests, and content creators.
Fire & Ice RGX 2025 is also slated to feature over 200 game vendors and artists, tournaments, free to play console games and arcades, and a museum with rare items on display.
Fire and Ice RGX 2025 will be held from June 21 – 22 at the Roebbelen Center @TheGrounds (700 Event Center Dr. Roseville, CA 95678).
Tickets for Fire & Ice RGX 2025 will be on sale April 7 at 10am – learn more via the official website.
