Mineko’s Night Market OST Now Available Across All Streaming Services

Celebrating Japanese culture while introducing a heartwarming story about friendship, tradition, and cats, Scarlet Moon has released the original soundtrack to Mineko’s Night Market on all major streaming services.

Mineko’s Night Market’s score is composed by Daniel Simmons, with contributions by Hiroki Kikuta (Secret of Mana), Jessica Stuart, and the title’s co-creator Brent Kobayashi. 

This album features a number of live performances done on traditional Japanese instruments, serving as the perfect cozy companion to its world and cast of characters. 

Developer Brent Kobayashi said the following:

“Mineko’s Night Market is our very first game developed at Meowza Games.

We wanted to work with Daniel Simmons, a musician I’ve worked with on various projects in the past, and from the very first track he made, we knew he was going to be the one to bring this game to life like only he and his group of talented musicians can. 

Even during difficult times in development, listening to the tracks in our studio helped us realize the world we were creating and it kept us going. 

When we learned Kikuta-san was available and interested in working with us, we were floored as we’ve been fans of his work for as long as we could remember. 

His track caps off a decades-long realized dream and will always have a special place in our hearts. 

And a special thanks to Scarlet Moon who managed much of the coordination that allowed us to focus on the fun parts: making the game and music.”

To go along with this soundtrack, Mineko’s Night Market will also receive a long-awaited patch update that improves the gameplay experience.

Developed by Meowza Games, Mineko’s Night Market is now available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
