Geolocation RPG MythWalker New Quests Now Available

The team at NantGames has added more than 20 new story quests to its geolocation role-playing game (GRPG) MythWalker on mobile devices.

Today’s main story quest update for MythWalker is set to explore the origins and motivations of the Drakates, a mysterious but formidable lizard-like foe found throughout Mytherra. Made up of specialized warriors, spellcasters and technicians, the Drakates are integral to MythWalker’s main storyline.

Adding to MythWalker’s existing accessibility offerings, the title’s new Tap-to-Move feature gives players the chance to traverse the map without physical movement.

In addition, one of today’s MythWalker quests as part of today’s content drop will teleport players to a specific, well-known landmark. While it will remain a surprise, all those interested should create a Portal there so they can return to it later to explore local myths and more. 

Mythwalker is available on both iOS and Android mobile devices.

Note that the MythWalker team will also be at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, which takes place from April 26 to 27 at the University of Southern California (USC) campus. Attendees can play MythWalker, and also take home a bookmark featuring one’s favorite MythWalker characters, also getting a chance to win other giveaways.
