Amazon Games has revealed new details surrounding New World: Aeternum’s Season 8, Lost Ark’s April Update and Throne and Liberty’s latest Tico Talks video.
New World: Aeternum
Amazon Games today announced Season 8 for New World: Aeternum.
Dubbed “Season of the Divide,” things will kick off May 13 with a focus on high-stakes risk, fast progression and massive PvP encounters.
Players can find themselves sprinting to max level, or can alternatively risk it all to remain “pristine.” Either way, Season 8 rewards those who embrace the chaos—and survive it (that’s the important part).
Also coming to New World: Aeternum as part of this update is the Hardcore Seasonal World, along with a new Outpost Rush Map, a new PvP mode, vicious world bosses, seasonal events including Springtime Bloom, Faction Fest: Expeditions and more.
Finally, players can also now reimagine their characters at the Barbershop found in settlements.

Lost Ark
Beginning April 23, Amazon Games will launch the latest monthly update for Lost Ark.
Players can expect adjustments to the Advance Honing and Transcendence systems, balance updates, new skins and events, along with updates to Sidereal Weapons and Island accessibility.
New World goers can also look forward to two new events, Storm the Abyss and Road to Kazeros, along with the extension of the Golden Frog event to May 21.

Throne and Liberty
Amazon Games recently shared its latest Tico Talks video for Throne and Liberty players.
In it, Globalization Design Manager Tico provides a deep look into how the team addresses fair play in the game, and shares updates on work being done on game performance issues like unexpected FPS drops and desynchronization issues that affect combat.
Tico also previews some events coming to Throne and Liberty, which will help players with Tier 2 gear progression, and discusses some player-friendly changes that are coming soon to the Trait Resonance system.
