A true learning experience, Beyond the Grove will give players the chance to earn experience that carries over from run to run. Every level up brings with it a skill point – and possibly an unlock. From there, players can then allocate skill points to then fuel various upgrades.
One’s Grove Keeper will gain said experience based on factors like how much essence one has earned and how many golems killed.
