Warframe’s Next Narrative Chapter Isleweaver Revealed

Announced at PAX East 2025 this past weekend, the team at Digital Extremes announced that Warframe’s next narrative chapter Isleweaver will launch this June.

Revealed at PAX East’s Main Theater, Isleweaver will see the return of Major Neci Rusalka, the arachnid 61st Warframe: Oraxia, and the opportunity for players to unleash Warframes in Duviri with a unique twist on Duviri gameplay.

Warframe Creative Director Rebecca Ford said the following:

“Delivering on longtime community requests is one of my absolute favorite parts of working on this game. Players have been shouting from the mountaintops for us to create a ‘Spiderframe’ for years, and Oraxia’s officially here! 

The ways in which we’ve tied her into the overall story demonstrates our love towards expanding the weird world of Warframe. Isleweaver welcomes players back to Duviri while continuing the adventure hot off the heels of Warframe: 1999’s narrative cliffhangers around our villainous Major Rusalka.”

Soulframe Creative Director Geoff Crookes added:

“The reception to our Soulframe announcements at PAX East last year was so positive, we wanted to make sure we came back for fans eager for more.

Since we were on this very stage over a year ago, we’ve made so much progress alongside our Preludes players thanks to their feedback like: more rewarding combat, new social features, as well as additional Ancestors and enemies to flesh out the world. 

We’re looking forward to seeing reactions when we show more of Bromius at TennoCon in July.”
