Portuguese death thrash band Biolence are dropping their fifth album, Violent Obliteration, on September 1 via Doomed Records, Raging Planet, and Selvajaria Records. Check it out here.
“This upcoming album is possibly our most cohesive, direct, and violent to date, a nuclear bomb of death/thrash metal, with our signature lyrical themes such as the horrors of war, biological and mass destruction weapons, greed, human corruption, and its destructive impact on the planet,” say the band.
Initially born in1998 in Vila Nova de Gaia (Porto, Portugal), the band have been at it for a while, and their old-school sound stillc omes through as polished and relevant on this record. Check it out.
