The development team at Full Circle team has shared a new developer blog, where they openly reflect on skate. since its Early Access launch.
As part of their thanks to the over 20 million skate. players that have dropped into San Vansterdam since launch, all players will receive 2000 Tix and 500 San Van Bucks that can be claimed from now through December 2.
The development team at Full Circle also detailed their progress on resolving softlock and progression issues, task refresh errors, and overall system stability improvements regarding the title.
Based on community feedback, skate.’s economy and progression systems will also be rebalanced. This rebalancing is also reflected throughout skate.Pass rewards, rates, and premium item value. This, in turn, is set to make the experience fun, fair, and sustainable.
Starting with Season 2 of skate., players will be able to expect around 90 tiers per skate.Pass, and increased San Van Bucks rewards (up to 500 total). On that same note, branded and licensed items are also being looked at for future updates.
Purchased Tix in skate. will now carry over between seasons, while unpurchased Tix will partially roll over. The development team will continue to listen and improve the way they roll over Tix each season.
Finally, following skate.’s Skate-o-Ween, the upcoming 7-Ply Maple Harvest event is set to feature adjustments to improve currency balance and overall reward flow.
Read up on all the details via the official blog post.
skate. is now available in Early Access for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and the EA app.
