Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Hive Scum Class Preview
Cranked for mayhem, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Hive Scum Class brings a true dual‑wield expertise to the title.
On that note, variety is truly the spice of life with this new class?
Feel like going in guns-a-blazing? This Hive Scum Class lets players twin‑wield pistols to absolutely overwhelm enemies with firepower. Paired with a double dose of dual-wielding shivs, one is covered near and far.
Speaking of weaponry, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Hive Scum Class is a true expert when it comes to the art of makeshift weaponry. Shivs, crowbars, saws – you want it, you got it.
On that note, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Hive Scum Class packs a number of new combat abilities. One can choose between Desperado, Rampage, and Stimm Supply, and players can also keep the hits coming with Blitz Abilities Blinder/Blackout, Boom Bringer, and Chem Grenade.
In the case of Stimms, the Hive Scum Class is also able to net special materials and make their own custom Stimms. Rightfully dubbed the Cartel Special, this optional Stimm mechanic is able to recharge on its own, with its cooldown depending on how many points spent in the Stimm Lab (more is better!).
Finally, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Hive Scum Class will let players tell their story through reimagined full‑body tattoos, gritty hairstyles, face paints, and six distinct voice sets across three different personalities.
Letting players become the worst of the worst, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Hive Scum Class is looking to pack personality and power when it launches December 2.
