Packing a love of all things 8-bit, Professional Programmer Grayson Wendell will be a Special Guest at Sac Gamers Expo 2025 later this month.
A game industry veteran since 2007, Grayson Wendell was previously a programmer at id Software.
Since then, Grayson has also worked at top companies like Zynga, GREE, EA, Unity, and Activision on top titles like Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, Doom II RPG, RAGE, Words with Friends, and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile.
Grayson recently formed Sleepy Bits Games with his wife for Android and NES projects, recently releasing their second original homebrew title Old Oak Lane!
Their third NES game – The Halls of Talamh Domhain – has even been selected as a MAGFest Indie Retro Homebrew Showcase finalist for January 2026!
