SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded Update 2.2 Introducing Arena Royale Mode

Featuring a reimagined battle royale mode built on 1047 Games’ arena-first philosophy, SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded’s Update 2.2 on January 22 will feature the new Arena Royale mode.

As part of SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded Arena Royale, 24 players are dropped into one of four massive biomes – including the brand-new urban battleground Outskirts.

These fast-paced matches incorporate arena shooter elements, all while removing buy stations in favor of instant upgrades. 

Update 2.2 also delivers new Arena content, with two new Arena maps, all new Mastery Challenges, and more.

Introducing Arena Royale | SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded 

1047 Games Design Director Josh Watson said the following:

“When we sat down to design Arena Royale, we knew we wanted to push it closer to that arena shooter feel.

We kept coming back to this core idea: less looting, more shooting.”

SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and the PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
