Set to release January 21 (tomorrow!) see how a legend is reborn and how a new legacy begins with the free new demo for SEGA and Ryu ga Gotoku Studios’ Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties.
Starting tomorrow, one can download the Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties demo on Steam starting 7am PT followed by consoles (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch 2) at 9am PT.
All those that dive into this Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties will be able to experience both elements of this action-adventure beat ‘em up.
In Yakuza Kiwami 3, players will be able to explore Ryukyu, Okinawa as Kazuma Kiryu as they beat down bad guys. Players can also dynamically switch between Kiryu’s brutal Dragon of Dojima: Kiwami and weapon-based Ryukyu styles. Immersive side experiences like karaoke, sub-stories, and outfit customization will also make an appearance in the demo.
Meanwhile, the Dark Ties portion of the demo will give players the chance to enjoy a slice of the all-new story featuring Yoshitaka Mine. Players will be able to explore Kamurocho and take on a number of side experiences, all while utilizing Mine’s shoot-boxing combat style on foes.
The full release of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties will make its way to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam on February 12.
In the interim, pre-orders for Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties can be done via its official website.
As an added bonus, pre-orders will grant players the “Ryukyu Gal Gang: Ichiban Legendary Lad” DLC, which adds the iconic Ichiban Kasuga to one’s biker gang.
