Austin’s blackened speed metal sons Sadistic Force released their latest EP, Morbid Odyssey, last year and they’ve kept the momentum going with a series of live actions and videos, like the one we’re premiering today for “Morbid Odyssey,” the title track to the EP. For those unaware, Sadistic Force are as true as they come, channeling the same razor-sharp aggression as Midnight, Toxic Holocaust and Hellripper.
Explaining the video, Sadistic Force tell Decibel:
“We spent two plus weeks ripping blackened speed metal across the Midwest with Graveripper, and this video is what crawled out of that run. Each night, Steve [Garcia, bass] from Graveripper stormed the stage with this life-size, eye-glowing, smoke-belching skull and spine bong prop, and the room instantly lost its mind. No buildup, no warning—just pure road madness. He was literally the dude on the cover of our recent EP come to life. Smoke ’em remains.”
