Originally released exclusively in Japan, Yakuza Powered by Nihon Touitsu features Yasufumi Motomiya as Kazuma Kiryu, Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi as Goro Majima, Kazuhiro Nakaya as Akira Nishikiyama, and Kenji Matsuda as Makoto Date.
In the first episode of Yakuza Powered by Nihon Touitsu, the up-and-coming yakuza Kazuma Kiryu takes the fall for the murder of a crime boss.
