The First Berserker: Khazan Celebrating First Anniversary

Reflecting on a year of vengeance and looking to the future, NEXON and Neople’s hardcore action RPG The First Berserker: Khazan is celebrating its one-year anniversary.

Launching last year, The First Berserker: Khazan’s brutal and immersive world won fans over (including us!) with its fast-paced combat, formidable bosses, and a personal story of betrayal and retribution.

The First Berserker: Khazan also secured three honors at 2025’s Korea Game Awards, including the Top Excellence Award, Technical Creativity (Graphics), and Popular Voice Actor (Lee Hyun). 

It also earned recognition at the 2025 Xbox Excellence Awards for both Store Rating and Player Engagement.

The team behind The First Berserker: Khazan has also released a special anniversary infographic for the title that showcases player achievements and in-game milestones from the past year.

Creative Director Junho Lee said the following:

“I poured my heart into making Khazan, telling myself that this would be the game I stake my entire career on… 

But then, so many of you showed up. You played the game, shared your honest thoughts, and cheered us on.”

The First Berserker: Khazan is available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
