It was love at first sight when Sage and Clare founder Phoebe Bell and her husband Chris Monahan discovered their Merchant Builders home in Warrandyte.

In the six years since, the couple have carefully updated the home to preserve its mid-century bones, while adding a healthy dose of colour that Phoebe’s brand is known for!

Chris, Phoebe, and their children are now seeking a lifestyle change, so it’s now time for a new family to enjoy this home.

Chris and Phoebe worked with ID Landscaping and Plantae Landscape Architecture to achieve this latter project, which includes a new pool, abundant garden, and crazy-paved outdoor terraces.

‘We totally reimagined the existing landscape, creating an outside wonderland complete with magnesium pool (by The Pool Company), productive garden zone, chicken coop, fire pit and kids play zones,’ says Phoebe.

Even with three young children and a busy business, Phoebe says arriving home always feels instantly relaxing.

The family adore being part of Warrandyte’s tight-knit community, so they’re not moving too far! Their new house is located on 16 acres of gardens and natural bush.

‘Never have I felt a greater sense of connection and belonging… It’s an amazing part of the world,’ says Phoebe of the leafy Melbourne suburb.

Phoebe’s home for sale contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms on 5,690 square metres.

It’s a property for a family seeking a relaxing, bush lifestyle within easy reach of the CBD.

15 Pigeon Bank Road, North Warrandyte VIC is listed for private sale with Chris Chapman and Mandy Berenyi from Jellis Craig.
