Athena Crisis: Launch Trailer
Christoph Nakazawa, founder of Nakazawa Tech, said the following:
“I became a huge fan of the Advance Wars series after playing the original game as a teenager when it came out. I wanted to bring back memories of the unforgettable feeling of trying to solve complex challenges while enjoying a beautiful pixel art game with great music.
Athena Crisis is a faster and modern interpretation of the formula with its seamless multiplayer and multi-platform approach. We’ve been working in the open with the community to make the game as good as possible for our full release – and we are excited to keep improving the game and continue building the world of Athena Crisis in the future.”
Athena Crisis can be purchased for the PC via Steam, or alternatively through the official Athena Crisis website.
Note that those that buy Athena Crisis once will be able to play just about anywhere. Those that purchase the title on PC will unlock the ability to play on Windows, Mac, Steam Deck, iOS, and Android, with automatic syncing for game states across each platform.
