Long-running Philly extreme metal label Horror Pain Gore Death has survived another year, a feat that becomes increasingly impressive every year. To celebrate, the label has released their yearly year-in-review compilation, featuring 22 artists, some of which are probably familiar to you, constant Decibel reader.
