Star Overdrive Launching for Additional Platforms June 19

After making a splash on the Nintendo Switch, the world of Caracal Games and publisher Dear Villagers’ Star Overdrive will come out for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC June 19.

Featuring emergent physics-based gameplay, Star Overdrive will let players bend the laws of physics as they explore a mysterious and diverse alien world. One can also take advantage of hoverboard navigation and racing, all while taking on creatures big and small.

Note that the Caracal Games team is also working hard to integrate player’s feedback in future patches for the Nintendo Switch version as soon as possible. The team will also implement them in other versions as well ahead of their release date.

Note that pre-orders for the Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition of Star Overdrive are now available. 

In the case of the latter, players can take advantage of three styles, one design and 50 dyes for the Hoverboard. 

Also included is the Star Overdrive Original Soundtrack and the digital Manga written and drawn by the Caracal Games team, which narrates a prequel story to the Star Overdrive main story.
