With the new year upon us, the team behind The Sims has provided an update regarding the series’ future.
Now available via the official EA website, the team behind The Sims stated that they are committed to supporting that creativity with room to grow.
On that note, The Sims in 2026 will continue to build a family of new experiences across PC, consoles, and mobile devices. Playtesting for The Sims will also continue across multiple products and experiences.
The Sims development team also spoke about the values that shape the series.
Now available via the official EA website, the team touched upon its creativity, play, choice, inclusivity, and community. They state that The Sims is a canvas for imagination, thrives on play, is defined by decisions, is a series for everyone, and is a community-driven game.
