Set in a world where survival is vertical, Ludogram and Twin Sails Interactive have unveiled their new turn-based exploration roguelite Ascenders: Beyond the Peak.
Tasking players with leading a team of alpinists, players will set out to recover ancient artifacts from a number of cursed peaks – we’re talking H.P. Lovecraft-inspired horrors.
Ascenders: Beyond the Peak also features a world where the terrain itself is an enemy. On that note, players will have to contend with ice-covered walls, avalanches, crumbling rock faces, and toxic vegetation.Â
One’s rope is one’s lifeline in this title as well, leading to a number of unique positioning challenges and opportunities.
