The First Descendant dev team and NEXON have released the new Season 4 Episode 1 Update for the title, which brings with it the new main story “The Great Clash,” new mega dungeon content, the new Descendant Raven, and more.
As part of The Great Clash in Season 4 Episode 1, its core narrative will find Descendants facing their final showdown with the arch-enemy Karel. With this thread leading Qliphoth’s Legion of Darkness for years, this update will bring many storylines to its grand finale.
The Mega Dungeon “Karel’s Mothership” is also set to be introduced as part of The First Descendant Season 4 Episode 1.
Letting players intercept the final boss Karel three times, it is set to provide an experience that is larger in scale than existing Infiltration Operations.
The new Descendant Raven will be added to The First Descendant’s roster. A former boss of an Albion back-alley guild as its arbiter, this goth-concept Descendant fights with a shotgun and mobility skills that do not consume MP.
The new Transcendent weapon tier will also make an appearance in The First Descendant Season 4 Episode 1. This system ranges from pure firearm dealers to attribute-based skill dealers, each with their own firing method and distinct visual effects.
The First Descendant is available for the PlayStation 5, the Xbox Series X|S, and the PC via Steam.
