Freelancer
The Freelancer job is the starting class for Kasuga at the beginning of the game.

Hero is the first job that Kasuga unlocks, during the early chapters of the story once he and his old friends reunite and head to encounter the Yakuza.

This is the starting job for Koichi Adachi. It’s available for him at the start of the game and again when he meets up with Kasuga in Hawaii during Chapter 7.

Homeless Guy
Homeless Guy is the initial starting job for the character Nanba. He begins with it when you first encounter him and also has the Job when you meet up with him during Chapter 7.

Sujimancer
To unlock the Sujimancer Job you need to participate in the Sujimon minigame until you reach the first member of the Discreet Four. Once you reach Rank 10 in Sujimon, you will begin Substory 38: The CEO Of Suji. Complete that to unlock the job.

You unlock the Aquanaut Job in Chapter 5. The main story will tell you to visit Alo-Happy Tours, which is the central hub for all actions involving unlocking and changing classes. When you first arrive you can take a tour for free, the Diving Tour, and this will teach Kasuga the Aquanaut job.

This is a job that is available after certain progress through the story. When you recruit Tianyou Zhao into Kiryu’s party, during Chapter 10, he will join your group and he will bring the Gangster job with him.
