First worn on Christmas Day 2021, Russell Westbrook’s fifth signature was officially unveiled this week by the Jordan Brand.
The Jordan Why Not Zer0.5 is designed to look like rugged trail running shoes, with sharp lines throughout that has epitomized the Why Not signature line. Even the outsole utilizes the rugged lug-like traction you’d see on trail shoes.
Midfoot bands help lock in your feet, while a Huarache-esque external heel counter further adds support. A large-volume Zoom Air unit is featured in the forefoot of the midsole for maximum bounce and energy return.
The “Inner City” colorway is designed in collaboration with Westbrook’s own fashion label, Honor the Gift. This is featured heavily on the heel of this colorway:
The Jordan Why Not Zer0.5 is scheduled to release sometime in Spring 2022.
