How To Unlock EPIC (purple) Tools In LEGO Fortnite
The EPIC tools are the highest tier tools in LEGO Fortnite. You’ll need these tools to extract the resources from the cold zone.
It’s very simple – all you have to do is upgrade your crafting bench to max. Once you do, there should no longer be an upgrade tab on the crafting bench.

Make sure to follow the main story as a means of progress. After the desert zone and get the materials there, you’ll get the materials for the crafting bench. Max the crafting bench, and you’ll get the EPIC tools.
