All the heavy wool we found in LEGO Fortnite has been found in a chest. We have found it in any biome; it will just randomly appear in any chest.
To be fair, we typically found Heavy Wool in chests in the cold area, because the chests are a different color. We believe that different color makes the chests a higher tier. Even then, it’s not a guarantee. Either way, make sure you put on your cold gear and just look for chests in general.
