The world of Marius’ pirate action RPG Corsairs Legacy will come out in Steam Early Access in January next year.
Corsairs Legacy puts players in the shoes of adventurous smuggler Rufus Monroe, who has made a career out of transporting cargo through naval patrols in the Caribbean. However, what was supposed to be an ordinary raid on the islands of Trinidad and Tobago goes wrong, pitting Rufus Monroe and his crew against a Spanish naval patrol ship.
The project team will release half of the storyline of Corsairs Legacy in January. Over the next three to six months, updates to gameplay mechanics, content, and bugs based on player feedback will also be made. The title will support all gamepads and will have an adapted tutorial in Early Access.
