After you finish the Costa Del Sol story quests, you can leave and begin exploring the Corel region location. There are a few points of interest, World Intel, and Lifesprings you can find, and you can even start a few of the side quests, but you won’t be able to complete the area fully until much later.
How To Get Across The Borderland In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
If you are looking for Tonberry King’s Crown or perhaps you just want to explore more of the region, you’re going to have to follow the main story. This will take you up Mount Corel, and eventually to the Gold Saucer. After you complete all of the story quests in the Gold Saucer, you will receive a Buggy that will let you explore the southern parts of the Corel region.
You can then fully explore every part of the desert and surrounding area, including the area across from The Borderland. The Buggy is able to traverse water and land, and it can also drive straight over the twigs and branches that block the passageway in The Borderland region.
