Song Premiere: Melodic Canvas – “Image Noise”

Michigan’s Melodic Canvas just signed with Setterwind Records, who’ve racked up a real impressive roster lately. Melodic Canvas fits perfectly, and their upcoming sophomore LP Discoloration is sure to be one of the label’s best releases this year. It’s a dark, gritty grunge record that manages to sneak some soaring hooks into the mix, and Evan Alderton’s got enough sneer in his voice to carry this sort of music.

We’re excited to premiere the album’s single, “Image Noise,” which fits streaming tomorrow. It’s loud and dirty and abrasive, one of the album’s most aggressive and invigorating tracks. If you’re a fan of Webbed Wing, Dosser, Superbloom, Pærish, or the like, you’ll love “Image Noise.” Check it out below.
