A collaboration between SEGA and Andy Nguyen of The Lunchbox Group LLC, the Sonic the Hedgehog Speed Cafe will open its pop-up in St. Louis, Missouri on April 25.
Immersing guests in Sonic’s iconic world, the Sonic the Hedgehog Speed Cafe features classic items based on the franchise. Highlights include Sonic the Hedgehog’s Chili Dog, Knuckles Fried Chicken Sandwich, and Power-Up Onion Rings.
One can also stay hydrated with themed drinks like the Sonic Boom Lemonade and the Chaos Emerald Refresher.
Crafted by Chef Marie- Anne Velasco and Qui Tran of Nudo House, the St. Louis menu for this Sonic the Hedgehog Speed Cafe will feature the following exclusive items:
Arch City Hot Dog – A classic all-beef hotdog with the addition of St. Louis-style pulled pork and barbecue sauce, topped with pickles and crunchy onions
Sayonara Dog – A beef hotdog with kewpie mayo, teriyaki sauce, bonito flakes, shichimi togarashi, nori, sesame seeds, and green onions
E-123 Omega’s Red Hot Revenge – A spicy St. Louis spin on the Knuckles fried chicken sandwich, coated in the city’s famous Red Hot Riplets and topped with pickled slaw
Rouge’s Gold Heist Bites – Gouda mac and cheese balls
Charmy’s Chaotix Corn – Seasoned corn ribs with lime and gochujang mayo
Crabmeat’s Rangoons – Classic St. Louis crab rangoons with colorful filling
The Sonic the Hedgehog Speed Cafe Pop-Up pop-up will held at the Nudo House location in the Delmar Loop – Google Maps location for convenience!
The pop-up will be open this weekend from 11am to 9pm on both April 25 and April 26, and the first 35 customers will receive a Sonic giveaway with purchase each day (limit one per customer).
