PAC-MAN’s birthday is here, and Bandai Namco is celebrating throughout the month of May with a number of “PAC-MAY” festivities.
Tied together with the “Connect the Dots” theme, PAC-MAY serves as a month-long celebration that will feature a number of announcements and activations around PAC-MAN.
This “Connect the Dots” theme will set out to bridge the past and present, while also ushering in the future of PAC-MAN through a storytelling lens.
On that note, May 22 will mark the debut of the animated short series “PAC-MAN: Snack Breaks” done in partnership with New York-based studio Cartuna.

A birthday event coinciding with the “45 Years of PAC-MAN” exhibition at The Paley Museum in New York City will also be held May 16. Attendees can attend the “PAC-MAN: Snack Breaks” panel, with special screenings of the premiere episode before its official debut.
One can also check out playable classic games, PAC-MAN meet-and-greet sessions, iconic artifacts for viewing, crafts for kids, and giveaways. Fans of all ages compete in the PAC-MAN CHOMPIONSHIP tournament, where players can compete for the highest score in the classic PAC-MAN arcade game.
Those that achieve the highest score can take home the grand prize and the title of “PAC-MAN NYC Chompion 2026.”
Finally, Bandai Namco and Halfbrick Studios are set to team up for a Fruit Ninja x PAC-MAN crossover.
