A weekend of celebratory panels, cosplay photos, and toy and product showcases, Nerd Street Events’ Long Beach Comic Con 2026 has come to a close.
Recently held at the Long Beach Convention Center from September 5 to September 6, Long Beach Comic Con 2026 saw celebrity appearances, fandom-focused programming, live entertainment, screenings, and artist signature sessions.
Now under the new stewardship of Nerd Street Events, this two-day convention marked a 50% increase in attendance over last year’s event.
Ben Penrod, President and Owner of Nerd Street Events, said the following:
“Long Beach Comic Con has been a special gathering place for local comic and geek culture fans in Southern California, and we’re honored to host the event once more for friends, family and fans to have fun and celebrate their favorite stories and franchises with fellow fans.
We can’t wait to see all our friends again in 2027! Let’s all do this again on August 14-15, 2027!”
