Sacreligious are sharing their new album, Brutality Incarnated, out September 25 via self-release. Check out the single “Occassion for War” ahead of the drop.
Drawing inspiration from both the classic Swedish death metal of Entombed and Dismember and the modern brutality of Sanguisugabogg, Sacreligious put their own distinct spin on the genre, crafting a sound that is fast, filthy, and relentlessly aggressive.The band’s lineup features Felix Dahllöf on vocals, William Alvarsson and Hugo Rahm on guitars, Nellie Taghizade on bass and Filip Staberg on drums.
To achieve that balance, the album was recorded, mixed and mastered at the legendary Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, while the artwork was created by James Campbell.
Brutality Incarnated will be released independently on September 25, the same day the band play a major show in Stockholm, marking one of their biggest milestones to date.
