A collaboration between NACON, Rogue Factor, and Dead Good Comics, players can dive into the beginning of Hell is Us’ story with a free exclusive digital comic book.
Available for free via the official Nacon Gaming website, this 16-page book serves as a tie-in prequel to the adventure of Hell is Us’ main protagonist Remi.
This comic book features artwork by Andrea Scalmazzi (Dune: House Corrino) and Antonio Antro (Lego Batman Magazine). It is based on a story by Stu Taylor (Crusader Kings III: Many Roads to Power), and has been done under the supervision of Hell is Us Creative and Art Director Jonathan Jacques-Belletête.
Stu Taylor, writer and publisher at Dead Good Comics, said the following:
“Dead Good Comics is honored to be able to collaborate with the talented creative team at Rogue Factor and deliver the first comic book adaptation of its dark and mysterious world.”
Hell is Us Creative and Art Director Jonathan Jacques-Belletête added:
“This gorgeous book, which is directly linked to the events at the start of the game, gives a taste of Hell is Us’ complex story to players curious to know more about Remi, the main character, and his motivations.
We can’t wait for players to be able to embark on the adventure, via the demo available on PC and consoles from 12 to 28 August, and of course when the game is finally released on 4 September.”
A third-person action-adventure, Hell is Us combines melee combat, exploration, and a captivating storyline.
The full release of Hell is Us will come out on September 4 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via both Steam and the Epic Games Store, with the aforementioned demo scheduled to occur from August 12 to 28.
