The team at HB Studios, together with 2K Games, is ringing in the new year with Year 2 and the Pro Edition of their smash-hit golfing title PGA TOUR 2K25.
Set to come to PGA TOUR 2K25 on January 21 alongside the release of Season 5, the first of the three 2026 Major Championships – The 2026 PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club – will be free to play for all players.Â
Note that future Seasons of PGA TOUR 2K25 are set to introduce the 126th U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, along with The 154th Open at Royal Birkdale Golf Club.
For longtime fans, Aronimink Golf Club was last seen in PGA TOUR 2K21, while Shinnecock Hills Golf Club last appeared in The Golf Club.Â
However, Royal Birkdale Golf Club is set to make its franchise debut in PGA TOUR 2K25!
On that note, all PGA TOUR 2K25 players will receive the 2026 Majors Championships courses for free via automatic updates as they release throughout 2026.
